Scale & Scrap Metal Drop-Off Instructions
Our scale is state-certified annually and is located at the north entrance of our facility off Brewington Street.
When bringing in scrap metal, please pull onto the scale once the light turns green. Stop on the scale when the light turns red. When the light turns green again, exit the scale and take your scrap metal to the south side of the building.
Scrap metal and vehicles should be unloaded onto the concrete pad located between the metal piles. After unloading, please return to the scale to weigh out.
Once you have weighed out, you can pick up your payment at the Scale Office, located on the dock on the north side of the building.

Non-Ferrous Items & Aluminum Cans
Non-ferrous items should be brought inside to the scale area located outside the Scale Office on the north side of the building.
Aluminum cans should be dumped into the blue hopper located on the dock. The blue hopper will be weighed to determine the weight of your cans.

To receive the best price, please have your metals sorted before you arrive. Be sure to arrive by 4:20 PM to allow enough time to weigh your scrap metal before closing.
