How Dumpster Rentals Work:
All dumpster rentals include a weight allowance in the rental price, based on the size of the dumpster selected. If the included weight allowance is exceeded, additional weight surcharges will apply. We offer both seven-day and fourteen-day rental options. If the dumpster is kept longer than the selected rental period, additional rental charges will apply. Contracts and payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery. There are no hidden surcharges or fuel charges.

Where Should You Place Your Dumpster:
Roll-off dumpsters are open on the top and have a swinging door on one end, making it easier to load larger items.
The dumpster is delivered using a hook-and-pulley system that rolls the container off the back of the truck and into the placement area. For safe delivery, the placement area should be flat, clear, and free of overhead electrical lines, low-hanging branches, or other obstructions.
Due to the way the dumpster is loaded and unloaded, it must be placed at least 8 feet away from any structure.

Dumpster Fill Guidelines:
When filling the dumpster, do not load materials above the top edge or fill line. By law, all roll-off dumpsters must be tarped while being transported. If materials are above the top of the dumpster, it cannot be safely or legally picked up.
Once you have reached the fill line or are finished using your dumpster, please call us to schedule pickup.
